Digital Junk Drawer

Checking in

Not much going on here at the old Junk Drawer as I’ve been busy elsewhere.

I finally finished Engrenages a couple of weeks ago (started in mid-July!). It did not disappoint, and I’m glad I got to watch it end-to-end. Hoping to write a post about it.

Over at the web dev site I wrote a technical post about using logical properties on this site, if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

Next week I’ll be taking one of my annual staycations. Big plans include digging through a very full Junk Closet. Mostly I want to see what I can donate or toss, and I have a couple of things I want to find. I’m also hoping it will uncover some good Junk Drawer fodder for upcoming posts.

Until then I leave you with a portrait of my interior state, miraculously captured by The Lady.

A large, black skeletal figure pictured from below. It's mouth is open and it's in a menacing pose with it's arms up. It's covered in white billowing fabric.
The local seasonal decor captures my interior state, ready for a staycation.
